Construct Fitness

Just had a sports recovery therapy session here at Construct with Jun Wei! Prior to this session, he asked for any current injuries or concerns I have w my muscles so that he could focus more on these targeted areas during the session. While exerting enough pressure on those targeted areas (), he was also careful with how I felt during the session just in case it felt too painful for me. And after the session, my muscles did feel less tight! Besides the sports recovery therapy, their gym although small, they provide sufficient equipment and accessories for your gym workout and shower facilities for you to freshen up after the workout :-) The gym looks pretty cosy too!

I've had a nice experience at this gym overall. The place is clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and it doesn't get overly crowded during the times I go. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, though not always around when you need assistance. I appreciate the variety of machines and free weights available. It's not a "wow" gym, but it gets the job done and has a comfortable, welcoming vibe. Good value for what you pay. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a solid, no-frills place to work out.

Very well equipped, new and clean gym - toilets and showers were nicely done, they even have hairdryers. The gym also has a sauna and ice bath which is not common! It is located right outside Outram park mrt exit, super convenient. Also, the gym coaches were very hospitable and friendly, great service highly recommend!

Amazing facilities that you can rarely find elsewhere. Very comprehensive and a warm environment to chill after workouts. Highly recommended to try the Nordic dip and sauna post workout.

At Construct, I feel very welcomed! Everyone here is very friendly and the equipments/machines are really good. I tried a PT trial with Shawn and learned so much about my body, even as a pilates instructor. I also tried the private recovery room with ice bath and sauna recently and it was so refreshing. Definitely a great gym to start with! Highly recommended.

Here on holiday for 10 days, every day gym goer back home and was looking for a place to keep up my gym routine whilst here. Construct were extremely accommodating for me for a short term membership. Allowing me a code to enter 24/7, provide towels and A/C control out of hours. All the equipment is extremely clean and all brand new, all Arsenal strength plate loaded machines, free weights area and agility space. Made great use of a great space, wish there was a place like this back home. Amazing gym, great environment, and to top it off a great view.

Just had my first personal training session in this new space with Jun Wei! The gym is very cozy and convenient, and I especially like that no annoying loud EDM music is being played, just chill hiphop vibes.

Good first impression. Love the space! People are really friendly & helpful, near mrt and very accessible. Will definitely give this Gym a try for next few months! (:
