Easily the best HIIT classes in Bahrain and I've tried them all. Have been here for years and they've set a bar so high, it's unmatched. They are biokineticists that personalize the movements for your specific frame and build. They fixed a lot of my workout posture issues even though I've been working out for years prior. The classes are fun, the right amount of intense and always different, the Coaches are vigilant. I love the brain training elements they incorporate into our workouts- a real full body holistic workout, something I've never encountered in other formats around Bahrain. I appreciate the use of functional equipment and the high quality all around. Easily the most worth it classes you can try.

I HIGHLY recommend this gym. Best fitness studio/gym in Bahrain! Ive loved my time training here and still loving it as im currently training there at the moment! The facilities are the best and even training on the balcony during winter time is amazing! The staff/coaches are amazing, so helpful and will to help achieve my aims and goals, It has great classes for adults and kids too!

I have been a member at Purefit gym/studio for almost 3 years. Purefit offers many different classes for adults as well as kids which is very convenient. The staff are very friendly, professional and they are highly qualified international trainers that provide the best service at all times. The staff build a great workout atmosphere that is effective, friendly and challenging. The gym location is great and very convenient to access also. I HIGHLY recommend this place and you will not be disappointed!

Great workout area! So many equipment to use and wide range of classes. There are international trainers. I found them very skilled professionals. And you can choose ladies classes or mixed, up to your preference. I highly recommend this fitness facility.

PureFit is not your regular/standard gym. Each member or even visitor for that matter, is treated in a personal way. As a person who likes to exercise but is constantly plagued by injuries, I have found a place where I am assured that my fitness strengths and weaknesses are taken into consideration. The classes I attended were well organised , it showed that the instructors were knowledgeable and supportive. Because of previous injuries, I was a bit apprehensive about participating in a class but the biokineticist and instructor was able to adapt the exercises to give me an energetic and enjoyable exercise routine. Highly recommended if you like the best personal touch.

Purefit is an excellent fitness studio that offers a variety of classes for all ages. There is also sports rehabilitation classes and pre,athletic conditioning classes and post and pre natal classes. Basically they cater for everyone's sports and fitness needs

Was a great gym! until our trainer left for some reason and a moneky replaced him, the monkey makes the place a great circus. but not a very great gym...

Located near Ritz Carlton, at 9th Floor. When I entered I found it very small and tiny but looks very professional, their trainer immediately assisted us and after few min while we were rounding the facility other tutor also joined and explained more on Gym facility - worst is it is only with fixed timing and 3 classes a week - it's available for Men, Women and Kids.
