The gym is conveniently located, and the club has a well-thought-out layout, making it easy to alternate between cardio and strength training. The gym was clean last night and not so many people when we were there which was nice to breathe freely inside the gym. I haven't used the bathroom though that is why my rating is neutral.

I used to train at Jetts Petone about 3 years ago and really enjoyed it back then. The gym was always clean, the equipment well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It had a great atmosphere - never too busy, and easy to focus on your workout.
It's a bit disappointing to see from recent reviews that the service may have gone downhill. I had a great experience there and hope things improve again for current members.

I attended Petone for the first time being fed up with the lack of parking at Lower Hutt a gym I have attended for many years.
I found the gym to be quiet, a good range of equipment in good condition, clean with plenty of wipe stations. The showers were good as well.
I will come more often.

Bathrooms are absolutely filthy - they need a good scrub from top to bottom. I stopped going when I couldnt stand using the toilet.
The access app is a pain; can't use the tag access anymore. I had to threaten them with commerce commission before they would accept my notice to not renew my membership; management are incredibly rude if you want to cancel. The email i received were terrible. Go look at the trust piolet reviews.

Gym is way less friendly with new manager, seems to have a problem with everyone. Wipes are never stocked. And we still don't have anything to dry our hands with in the bathrooms? Bit pathetic.

Tidy and easy!
Being able to go at any time is awesome. It is never busy compared to other gyms and the equipment is well looked after. It is really great in there now they have painted and decorated the inside a bit more too
