Oh my my...I have been attending Zumba classes for 4 months. During Dashain vacation I went to Gosaikunda trekking, there I found, my stamina had improved and also didn't feel much pain in the muscles. So, thanks to the Groove Fitness center Bhaisepati Lalitpur.

Small but very clean and very reasonably priced. Off peak hours are the best time to go for a quick workout. Yeah sure could be roomier, better equipped, more + bigger lockers, bigger changing space, etc but for the price, it's a good package. If you get gymtimidated in bigger gyms, this is a good place to start.
