Ryde Center

I've been enjoying my time here for the past few months! The variety of workouts between the cycling sessions and the gym area really helped me target weak muscles and discomfort I've always faced! Thanks to coach Abdulla for guiding me throughout the whole process and making sure that my life is balanced between my personal life, professional life, and time for my own health. Pro tip: Their cafe has one of the best underrated coffee in town, try the flat white next time you're around

This is a smart performance centre that has a peloton, gym & cafe. What I really love about the centre is that it provides a controlled environment for cyclists all year long, considering the weather in Bahrain, training indoors is absolutely our best bet. I also love that they customise the workouts based on your fitness level and goals. If you're visiting anytime soon, you must give their protein shake a try, it's my favourite!

Great place for training, love the cycle "gym" makes a change from spinning bikes, to have actual road bikes set up on trainers is unique. Nice compact gym to carry on working after cycle. Protein shakes, coffee etc to help you recover afterwards. Whats not to like! And what a shame it is now closed though lack of support.

Pretty good experience. A well thought of and much needed performance center for athletes within the Kingdom. The founders should consider expanding to Dubai.
