It's an average place. The instruments are in ok condition. Those either needs to be repaired or replaced! They won't clean their washrooms on regular basis. A bit dirty. Staffs are always over phone. The staff is ok. They have 2 floors. One floor is open for all and another floor is for ladies only from 6 am-7pm. Trainer provides training to ladies in 3 slots. 12-1pm, 4-5pm and 5-6pm. Thursday is Zumba and starts at 4.30 pm.

Gym and fitness centre. Setup and equipment are quite old.

A good gym with cheap price

One of the oldest gymnastics in Uttara serving since many years. Modern equipment and instrument are highly maintained. Well furnished and decorated. Secured building with CCTV coverage. It has two cardio class service at evening everyday. Cardio class duration is about 45 minutes. Both of the classes are combined for both male and female. It is situated at Garib-E-Newaz avenue, Sector 11 in Uttara Model Town and very near to round about ZamZam Tower shopping mall. . This gym center is in a building where lift or elevator is available as it is at 4th and 5th floors. Anyone can come with personal car or bike though it has street parking facility. People also can visit with the rickshaw easily from any sectors at Uttara. It opens at 6.30am and remains open till 11pm. Almost everyday the gym is open. Staffs are friendly enough. Charges are not that high. I mean admission fee is 2000 BDT and monthly fee is 1500 BDT which is for regular package. Though it has membership packages and many other packages. Instructions are so far so good and well trained. If you go there and ask for help, they are willing to help you with any information you required related to the fitness. Personally I liked the X-Tream gym center as it is located in a suitable location and the environment of the gym attracted me a lot. In addition to that, so many friends and known people are doing gym here in the X-Tream gym center and they also shared their experiences and opinions which are so positive.

I was not refunded 3 months membership even when I did not use the gym for a single day due to lockdowns and self-quarantining. I even talked to the owner but he seems to only care about cutting his losses at the expense of others. Utterly shameful when a responsible citizen who followed health and safety protocols strictly is cheated this way by the owner of a fitness organization. I have therefore written off the 6000+ taka as charity and registered at another gym.

Has been doing gym for a while but there are equipments which don't work properly,the trainers don't give advice to anyone else than their personal members and the worst part is they don't turn on ac most of the time and say that there aren't sufficient people to turn on ac..Absolutely ridiculous...Definitely don't recommend this gym..
