gym environment is really great. I especially feel inspired by the fitness level of our aerobics class trainer.
The trainers are very professional. Sometimes, as teachers, they may speak a bit firmly or strictly, but I take it positively because I know it's for our own good. We get real value for what we pay--not just exercise sessions, but also well-structured plans.
As beginners, we need guidance to stay focused and take our health seriously, and the trainers' firmness and dedication truly help with that.
Overall, I am very satisfied and motivated by the environment and the commitment of the trainers.
