Combat Gym

Its a spacious place. The cleanliness is not 100 on 100. But overall I love the place.

Honestly this is the only gyn in khilkhet with good equipments.

It is convenient from my home & has lots of instrument to do workout. Have space to do free hand exercise.

They have 5 treadmills and 3 of them are broken, I come around evening and most of the times I have to wait about an hour to use the treadmill and if I come around morning the caretaker is always sleeping, he doesn't turn on the AC on time not even the lights. I would assume only few people come around morning but it's still gym's open hours right? I usually come around evening but trainers are always busy, which is understandable but the treadmill and other facilities should be fixed. For example the equipments are all rusty, I can even get sick by it.

The gym has a very nice environment. It's fully air-conditioned. Trainer behavior is very good as well.

a gym that once used to be great but now it a sad state that needs some serious love and revamping. for its annual charge, many of the equipments require repairs and the instructors are not professionally certified. The owner who is a fitness expert is great but during the months I went, she hardly was present. WIth a serious case of dust allergy, I was suffering and had to quit to find another better gym.

I was a member of this gym. Yeah, this gym is better than a lot of gymnasiums since the instructor of the gym is an extraordinary gentle man who has extremely good knowledge in physical workouts. But they don't offer much facilities compared to others which is of course a negative side of combat gym. More importantly, they charge higher which is not logical to some extent. Last but not the least, the don't allow male gym members to attend the gym before 3:30 pm. Therefore, males who want to workout during morning they can't join combat gym.

The best in the city. Not every gym has a international level instructor, who uses his wisdom & knowledge to train others; not only physically but mentally too. He's my mentor, my teacher. The best I ever had - Tumi Vai
