i have been attending classes for 2 months and I would say that this is the best place for yoga. Our trainer Reshmita Roy is an excellent, well trained and highly skilled coach.she assessed everyone's capabilities and progressively tailored the sessions without overwhelming. This approach significantly improved my strength, flexibility and body awareness. Highly recommended for anyone looking to deepen their practice in a supportive expert led setting.
