The impact of yoga is great..the waist becomes 28 With lots of health problems I have started yoga in GYAN .Since 1 year I m practicing and without any medicine I m fit and fine now.and the teacher of GYAN always provide customised solutions and guiding each and every one according to his or her capabilities and age

Yoga sessions with Subir are awesome!! His yoga classes are literally the highlight of my week. The way he breaks down each pose and focuses on proper alignment is super helpful. Also, he's super encouraging and motivating - always pushing us to give our best. I've seen a huge improvement in my flexibility and balance since I started, and I couldn't be more grateful.
