The machines and free weights are in great condition, the space is always clean, and the overall vibe is motivating. The atmosphere here is serious about fitness but still welcoming, making it a great place for both beginners and experienced gym-goers. But what really makes my experience stand out is Trainer Samee. He's not just another trainer who gives generic workouts--he actually takes the time to understand what you're aiming for and customizes the training accordingly. I personally and strongly recommend V- shape fitness arena for whoever wants to join the gym. "All equipments with more effective results " It's all because of the trainer-Syed samee he designs each and every program in such a way that they work on every muscle effectively. Daily workout programs are totally different. The way he motivates us daily is simply awesome. I have learnt that Gaining strength is much more important which I have proved to myself.. I am proud to say that I am part of Vshape family Not only he is a wonderful trainer but also the way he treats each and every person is simply superb.!
