The trainer Mr. Devender Sir is the Master of flexibility and stretching. We just call him "Mr Flexibility".
When he start the class , it's a non stop race to get the sweat out from the bodies and strengthen all bones. I have elbow pains and it was not coming down from couple of months, finally after his 4 classes it got relieved fully.
He is the champion of Yoga Asanas.
Being a national yoga player he is so down to earth when speaking and respects everyone by heart.
We definitely need these teachers to train the students and make them eligible and get success in competitions.
Yoga means addition - addition of energy, strength and beauty to body, mind and soul.
All the very best to you Devender sir for the international yoga competitions.

Yoga tutors here are knowledgeable. But one negative aspect is that only the students who are good at asanas are hyped and more attention is given to them. But attention should be given to those who are weak at asanas so that weak students can improve. All tutors like Pavan sir etc took care of all the students equally except Ramesh sir. Ramesh sirs point of interest was only the good student. Unfortunately Ramesh sir is the one who takes maximum number of classes. Ramesh sir never pays attention to weak students.
