The new trainer is the worst. Most worst so called trainer with no insights. Plus there is no ventilation in the gym. Disrespectful crowd and is definitely not recommendable. However, it's just my opinion based on the experience I had and anyone can try but "at your own risk".

I've been a member of this gym for some time now, and I can't say enough good things about it. The atmosphere here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The management team is always attentive and responsive to members' needs, which makes the overall experience enjoyable.
One standout aspect of this gym is the fantastic trainer, Sai. Sai is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly motivatin,i lost almost 12 kgs weight loss.They have helped me set and achieve my fitness goals, pushing me to do better with each session. It's clear that Sai is dedicated to helping clients succeed....... And the management was soo good to guide us things and all i highly recommended

Been here in this gym from a month, the first thing to address here is the staff, the people are attentive and educated. Next up the gym have some amazing equipment even though the gym is packed at times u still will have your private space and ample equipment to continue your workouts.
I have some negative reviews under here, but being here in person the gym is putting out an amazing effort and been helping at their best....
In particular the trainers are the best assert to the gym.
My suggestion is Don't go by people words try it yourself in person

I can't say enough good things about the trainer, they're incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable, especially when it comes to nutrition and workout plans. Their guidance has been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals.Additionally, the posters around the gym are super informative and motivational. They add a nice touch and provide useful tips that keep me inspired during my workouts.
