I recently rejoined this gym after a 6-month break, and I chose to come back for one main reason - the coach Murali Sir. He designs a well-structured workout program every day, adjusting it based on my energy levels, which keeps the sessions effective and sustainable. His diet suggestions are simple yet impactful, helping me stay on track outside the gym as well. What I appreciate the most is how he motivates me to push for that one extra rep - it always feels challenging in the moment but is absolutely worth it for the results. Coming back here feels like the right choice, and I'm glad to be training under such dedicated guidance again.
