Talking about my trainer: Narendra, he is really a fantastic person who takes interest in every individual , no matter what fitness level they are at. He gives all the tips and tricks to get most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change. It's great !! I joined Personal Training with Arjun. He is an extremely professional trainer. The best thing about him is he can very quickly assess your strength, body type and and train you Accordingly. The gym has all the equipment and its decent enough . I visited couple of gyms before . But found velocity gym is best in the surrounding areas. I suggest you visit the place and speak to Arjun and you can understand what I am speaking about. He is the best trainer you can find around .

First of all, the trainers are very good. It has a personal trainer who is good and the other is great as well. The other thing is that the equipments are also very good and their fee is affordable as well. They do provide Strength as well as Cardio. If you are looking for a very good fitness centre, then you will like this place for sure.
