One of the best places to workout in and around Secunderabad area. Most of the people get bored in the beginning itself because of the same set of workouts on a daily basis. Well, that's not the case with SnB. Throughout the week, you'll never experience any sort of repetitions in the workout sessions. Functional, Aerobics, Plyometric, CrossFit. They've got everything and they'll make sure you sweat and burn.

It is safe to say that you will not find a better coach than JBX if you are truly serious about your fitness goals. She is a gentle, caring and most affable person and yet the toughest coach when it comes to the actual training. You will always get personal attention and guidance from her even when you train in a group. She pays attention to small things, corrects your postures and moreover motivates and pushes you to achieve your goals. Her incredible positive energy will rub off on you and it feels like family to train with her group. If you are looking for a coach, your search stops here - she is simply the best. Over the years I have tried so many different gyms, classes etc..., but no body take so much pain as JBX. When I started training with JBX during the lockdown I actually really got into it.
