Honestly its been such a good space for me. I was someone who never enjoyed working out, but ever since I joined, that's changed. The place is clean & has a great vibe. The instructor is motivating, yet never pushy. Glad I gave it a shot!

Gym is very good, we enjoyed group training under our trainer, who is a nice person and always encourages us to do more and will guide us from start to end of the training... it's a great place for ladies .... I encourage every girl/ woman must come to this place and experience your own .......
