I needed to change my plan in the middle of the month, and she handled everything so professionally. She spoke with the owner and sorted out the changes quickly and efficiently. Awesome gym with perfect equipment where I never seen any gym near by in alwal... They provide flexible timing and very friendly. I really appreciate general training where they won't ignore clients where they do in other gyms. I just want to give a shout out Ravi where he explains in detail the training and diet pattern with it's uses and clears any myth we have with patience.

Very Excellent Gym neat and spacious, feels good to workout here. Equipments are very good, nice place for workout. Trainers are very knowledgable! The gym is very good to build body and I improved by body.
