It's very bad experience when I visited to the gym first time..! With out any plan I'm Crossing the gym towards Aoc so find the gym just I want check the timings and facilities in the gym. When i entering in to the gym they said sir please don't enter in to gym with out shoes..I was shocked for while and then I'm requesting to the person atleast can I get the details for new joining..! For that he's allowed me to the desk..! If you want check the gym with out any footwear you can check..!And asking guest details with there records..!I said I will come with the shoes and I will give you the complete details. But thing is first impression is the last impression..! Please train well your staff to know the basic value of the customer. Thanks
