Great place to train your body and mind together strong. Coach is very friendly and attentive. I would suggest people of all ages who are interested can come here to learn boxing & self defense to stay fit and healthy. #Happy training:)

Best decision i ever made so far is joining this club.....trained till we reach perfection ....self-defense skills r taught soo well that they r truly unforgettable....its not only about boxing we are taught many exercises for flexibility & strengthening ....I'm quite thankful for the coaches for patiently teaching us
