The equipment is decent at least for beginners but the environment..not the best. The trainer looks very uninterested in his job. He barely has interest to train you unless you take his P.T. He hangs out with only certain set of people instead of helping everyone. The management can be more professional.
Great gym equipment and the coach is awesome. I would definitely recommend this pulse gym for better weight loss as they provide 1:1 feedback day in dayout. I would recommend pedda Amberpet people to join this gym and get fit.
