Yogashala

It's been 2 months since I Started going to yogashala. It is a very nice experience in my life and would like to continue this. Specially raghava sir helps to get that nterest and motivation also. The way he teaches yoga is great!! I don't feel like any burden for going to yoga class, as it is helping me to stay calm and positive throughout the day. I feel very complete and content after going to yoga.. I am very happy that I chose this yogashala for my yoga...

Raghava sir is an good person. He gives us good knowledge on Yoga, daily life and diet. His classes are very interesting

Raghava is one of the great instructor/Friend you can get for yoga,Meditation,Prayanam. He helps us not only with yoga but also other aspect of life like food, behaviour etc which are very important in life. Also we have the wonderful community of friends with which we do yoga.
