Great gym with a friendly atmosphere and all the equipment you need. The staff is supportive, and the trainers are knowledgeable. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this gym has something for everyone. Highly recommend!

The trainers Prakash and Kumari helped me during my rehabilitation post the surgery to reconstruct my ACL. Everyone in the gym including manager and other trainers are very friendly. I felt like they are my people,. Be fit , stay fit,. Stay healthy Thank you once again tone fitness studio for everything

Worst gym ever. I'm giving the review after one year of me quitting this gym because, only now after joining other gym I realised how worst the personal trainer ( Rajeshwar ) here in TONE was.He himself was lethargic, not giving any good inputs. Not worth the Money. As a newbie, please don't go here.

People who want to be fit, this is the best Gym and atmosphere is very good. Here trainers and management are also friendly. You will get motivated and feel positive once you entered into the Gym.

I can't give lesser than this rating hence giving 1 star. Definitely I don't recommend this gym at all. Don't even consider in your preferences list. This gym is cheating clients. Reasons for my negetive review: 1. They take money in advance and post that they don't bother to deliver the committed services to you. 2. We have to request them repeatedly for the training and other things they had committed at the time of joining. 3. If you ask or show your disappointment to them then they will show you the NO REFUND POLICY in your invoice. Or they don't even bother to generate your own invoice they take someones and show you. 4. You can't complain against their robbery in the name of gym fees, if you ask they will show you a term called NO COMPLAINTS OR MISUNDERSTANDINGS OR COMMITMENTS ARE ENTERTAINED BY THE GYM. 5. very poor administration 6. Arrogant and egoistic behaviors with the customers. 7. Old equipments and worst personal trainings ever seen. 8. Gym space and location are the positives but it will not get you in shape. It only happens with the proper guide and support from the gym. 9. Management least bothered about the gym maintenance and Customer Feedbacks. 10. The commitments they give at the time of joining are a. Free zumba classes b. Free aerobics classes c. Unlimited steam baths d. Free diet plan e. 5AM to 10 PM gym timings includes personal training. f.BMI check **** Don't believe in these false commitments, if you still wish to go ahead take them in writing without any terms and conditions. It's been 2 months that I joined in this gym. Only 3 zumba classes happened till now where as they promised 2 sessions in a week. Not even a single aerobics session happened. Where as they promised weekly 2 sessions. If you ho to that steam bath god only have to save you for that worst maintenance. Unnecessary breathing issues you would be inviting for sure. Diet plan is another trap and you have to ask them for 5 to 10 times to get these things prepared and the kind of plan they give also won't work at all. I am the better example for that. They say that you can come any time between 5 AM To 10PM but only 1 hr personal training session will be given. In reality one personal trainer would be helping more that 4 clients at a time so once you are done with your said workout you have to wait for your tern to come or wait and call the trainer multiple times to come and help you. BMI machine never works. Always gives a wrong readings. Even after reading this much of my experience, and if you still feel like you have to choose this gym and join it's up to you.
