The War House Gym (Rise & Grind)

We are not that much used to to accept any change. So any change / transformation is most challenging Part of our life. And when it is about physical transformation then it is like a most critical thing for anyone. Physical transformation means getting your body in shape, by reducing fat, maintaining diet and many more. This task becomes more easy when you will have fully equipped gym with a motivated and dedicated trainer. So, The War House Gym is the place I like most. Because here you will have equipments and very knowledgeable and dedicated trainer. These two factors are most important for any gym. Trainers are very much helpful. I would like to give 5* to The War House Gym and my personal trainer Rohit Reddy. Without his guidance it would not be easy for me to reduce my weight from 75.1 kg to 67.2 kg in two months time. This gym have two separate sections for Cardio and Strength training. So anyone can focus his required area of activities. They have different different packages to fit your requirements and pocket as well. They have steam bath facilities for both gender separately. You need to check at the time of registration. This gym is fully air-conditioned but if you don't want to use it then you have a option to use fan and open windows. This gym is well connected by road and easily accessible and located.

It's been quiet sometime I've been here in this gym. It's good and divided in two floors which doesn't make it look crowded. The equipments and good and fairly new. They multiple sanitizers in place which is great in covid times. There are two coach Rohit and guddu, please avoid guddu he is always on the phone, miserable attitude. If he turns out to be ur personal coach, better ask for refund. The other coach, rohit is rather helpful and takes initiative to teach new things. I would have definitely given it a 5 star but one among two coaches is a total put off.
