I've had a really good experience at this gym. The environment is positive and well-maintained, and my coach Pradeep has been very supportive and patient throughout my fitness journey. His guidance makes workouts effective and comfortable. Grateful for the consistent encouragement.

Great place to workout.! Decent, Healthy, Clean & Organic and highly motivated Place. I went to gym looking at the google reviews. Started Personal Training and Pradeep is the best at transforming body. Shaped the body just naturally without using any artificial drugs and I'm so happy about it. Started at 58kgs in November and reached 68kgs now. They maintain record of all your measurements and make sure we achieve our goal of body transformation within our time frame. All you have to do is follow his instructions in workout and diet. Thanks Pradeep.!

Gymming in Pradeep Fitness World feels so comfortable..Pradeep ( professional and certified trainer ) will motivate and suggest the best for our fitness..he analayses our energy levels and then gives the diet plan and workout plan..we just need to follow the steps and the results are awesome. this is my 10th month in Pradeep fitness World and I lost 20 kgs weight in a healthy way and started building Muscle. I suggest this gym for everyone who's reading this.

Excellent fitness centre with all modern equipments for weight training as well as cardio. I really like the way they are maintaining the equipment's and the premises, always clean and tidy. Gym trainer Pradeep pays attention to all and guides appropriately when some one is doing wrong or facing prob with the machine.Overall an ideal place for fitness enthusiasts.

Where do I start this Gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect Gym. It started with the location and excellent comfortable cleanliness place. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainer here. "Identity of good gym is depends on the Trainers". Jay's gym has amazing trainers. Both trainers has their own style of training. My experience is very good so far, the gym has best equipments. My thanks to Pradeep & Praveen(gym trainers) for sustained encouragement and guidance which motivates me not to skip workout. I recommend those who are serious about staying fit.
