I'm a complete beginner at the gym -- honestly, a total noob who didn't even know the names of most machines or exercises . But my trainer Rajkumar chinthaluri has been super patient and supportive from day one. He carefully explains each workout -- what muscle it targets, how to maintain proper posture, and why it's effective.
What I really like is that he's structured my workouts really well -- with planned days for different muscle groups like legs, chest, triceps, shoulders, and back -- so everything is balanced throughout the week. He also gives helpful tips on what kind of food or diet to follow, making sure I understand how nutrition supports my fitness goals.Overall, I'm really glad to have a trainer who's so knowledgeable, encouraging.
