The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. I am making my 2nd week trip back to Gymn to keep my self fit because I know his staff ways to reduce FAT!!!! No matter if your goal is to simply stay fit during vacation or while you are working or studying.. what i can ask more..

I wasn't even there to workout, the flow of energy just grabbed me! Mahesh and his team care and it shows, lots of options for everyone. Magically motivating! I highly recommend Vardhan's Fitness Studio for seasoned worker-outers and non-gym goers alike! Overall great experience!

The best thing in this gym is coach spends quality time with client and takes care of them and equipment is very good Iam satisfied with the gym in all ways infact it is like something where you love to workout that is just because of the environment in the gym is so friendly. I suggest this gym it works out well.
