Hi I am teja .i joined gym on 23 july and started diet on 30 th July and lost 5.6 kgs as of 30 th August . Trainer akhil motivated me and his regular follow up calls whether I am following diet made things much easier. The price is also affordable for everyone and i strongly recommend this gym if you are looking for weight loss.it is different from regular crowded gyms.

Gym owner cum trainer Akhil has good knowledge in this field. He is very patient in explaining each and every questions we ask in our diet/training.

I have been using a personalized gym trainer service here, and it has been a bad choice in my fitness journey--from the initial consultation to the first session. However, the exercises are repetitive and lack variety; they are ones we can easily do at home. I have been going to the gym daily for the past four years, so I can compare this training with other trainers and notice the difference. When I raised my concerns about the exercises with the trainer, he adjusted the plan. Regarding the fees, I was initially told that personal training costs 6,000 and that no one else would be in the gym during my session. Based on this, I paid the amount. However, over time, I noticed other people training during my session. I later found out that they had paid less than I did for the same training. After discussing this with the trainer, my fees were reduced to 4,000--but only after I had already paid 6,000 each month for two months. If you plan to join this gym, be sure to clarify the fees beforehand, as there seems to be no difference between training with a personal trainer and training without one.

It's been almost 2 months since I joined,it's a personal gym not crowded,clean and hygienic,akhil(trainer) is very commited and calls us before our gym time.Though the equipment is less,teaches right way to exercise and help us reach our goals.

Being going to this gym since a while now , loved the concept of Private gym . Its peaceful and trainer Akhil is on point About what to be done and suggests about the diet too . Over all it's been 5/5 experience
