Yoga Vignana Kendra , Jagan Guruji

An awesome place and a life changing experience. Guruji speaks always straightforward. And the food provided here, It's truly Amruthaharam. Thanks to Guruji for spreading positive vibes and He constantly strives to make people take up healthy habits.

1 years ago i came to the camp. the people who work for guruji are impatient and rude. the food was not that good and vey weird. the people are not kind to the children. For a small mistake people are giving unnecessary punishments. Guruji is not friendly and mean to the children and friendly to the public. VERY POOR IN TEACHING THINGS.

I am very old student of Jagan Guru Ji. When the yoga vignana kendra as at KPHB 1st Road. During that time we used to assemble at yoga kendra at 5 am for training. During that time we were given advice what kind of breakfast and lunch we should have. we were given raw food salad which tastes excellent. And we were given excellent juices, herbal drinks, herbal tea and others. All prepared by yoga kendra mothers who come there to render their services. When the session was coming to end we were taken to playground and asked us to play full heart we became kids again at that time enjoyed playing. Pravachan was given during middle of the training how to respect elders and others and lead life systematically. He teaches everything with a smile on his face which was divine. In the final day of guru upadesham we were taken to sarwasthi shishu mandhir school and had lot of discussion how we felt during the session and our experience during the training. Finally we were served delicious food it was so excellent that I did not have such a tasty food anywhere else. Jai Guru deva.

It is an excellent class..., very useful for all. Within two days i saw the difference in my flexibility. Guruji also gives very valuable suggestions , it makes us to think in different way. Guruji also explains, how each ahsan helps us to be healthy. Even my kids also follows the class very interestingly. He is very friendly, punctual,and multi talented.. Thank you Guruji for conducting such a wonderful classes..

If you are looking for some real detoxification and yoga, this is the place. The courses are very well planned to be taken up by anyone. The cost of the course includes food which helps you to focus on the goals. The best is Mandala deeksha which is a 40 days course includes food for 40 days. This really transforms your body only if you strictly follow Guruji. But you need to complete the Level 1 course to be able to attend this. GURUJI is very disciplined and expects everyone to follow the timings strictly. Honestly this centre is like a social service concern where you get lot more than what you pay for. Only experience it to know more about it.

Life at a corporate is just mechanical and stressful. Rarely do we have time to eat, sleep and wake up as per the biological clock. We even don't have time to smile or laugh well. Result is all possible health issues acidity, headache, spondylosis, stress, lack of sleep etc etc .... A 21 day session with YVK was a bliss, really helped in realising I'm a human and my body mind and health need respect. Guruji didn't teach physical exercise alone, but he reinstated values, traditional eating, being with myself, human relationships, and sanatana Dharma. He helped in mind body and soul alignment in short. Values of Hindu Dharma, Vedas, Ayurveda, Guru- Sishya bonding and lot many about family relationships. Slept so peacefully for good 21 days and stress free. Yummy food nutritious and colourful juices, what not. Thanks to Guruji and all the teachers and supporting staff for treating us with so much love and care. Would suggest everyone to do this session atleast once. Jai Gurudev.

Jai Gurudev , I have recently completed my Level-1 training and I must thank Guruji for the learnings he provided about Yoga and Life . I would recommend all to have this experience at least once. This place is very Hygienic and all the precautions are taken care for Corona. Food served here is awesome . if you want 'Natural Millet Food ( Amruthahar) along with Authentic Traditional Yoga this is the ONLY Place . Myself and my husband have joined yoga at Jagan guruji and completed 2 levels and 40 days mandala Sadhana We like the way guruji teaches Yoga and the sadhana is quite awesome. Guruji used to say that Yoga is not exercise but it is a way of living life which gives health and peace of mind for all. I have experienced the same at Yoga Vignana Kendra. We learnt how to live the life without medicine and what food we should eat and how to eat in a proper way. We are so impressed with the teaching and training here and sent our son for summer camp. It was extraordinary where they have learned about homam, moral stories, epics and lot more. They enjoyed the food also very well. Not only Yoga, Guruji also runs a temple " Yoga annapurneswari temple " where they do annadanam to the poor and needy. Yoga Vignana Kendra is like a second school for me to teach how to live life.
