My sincere suggestion is not to get trained under Yash as he does not have proper human science or anatomy knowledge. A fitness trainer should have complete knowledge on the human skeleton and muscular system that any trainer can not train his client correctly.
Yash training has damaged my lumbar region, now I am unable to sit or travel.

Mr. Yash is been training me past 3 months. He is not very well versed with muscles. I got my knee injury, when he was pushing me above my limits.
Please guys be careful before hiring him.

I had hired him for weight loss training, with in a week i got my knee injured. He is not a certified trainer and lack of knowledge and worst diet plan. Yadav is not a professional guy and doesn't know how to modify exercises according to the age group. Please don't hire him blindly.
