As much as the top notch equipments play crucial role in the gym equally and infact more then this is the role of the trainer to educate about the usage of these equipments and to enable you to use them with utmost care and due diligence.....so I hereby applaud about Rafi who has been my trainer since 1st Feb 2025 and have made me believe in myself everyday and he continues to this as a daily ritual without fail. His in-depth knowledge about fitness is incredible and something that you can't find in books easily because it's purely experience which is tested time and again and is highly reflected in his overall conduct. I am blessed to be under his guidance and coaching, one of the most respected trainer I have come across so far since 2021 ( the start of my fitness journey) earlier virtual now in person. Thank you so much Rafi for each and every minute of your guidance and coaching, for pushing me beyond my limits, for inventing your time and efforts in me , for enabling me to think beyond the numbers on the weighing machine. One of the finest gyms in Nagole.The place is super clean, machines are in great condition, and the trainers are really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is energetic yet comfortable, making it a great place for both beginners and regular fitness enthusiasts.The only issue I noticed is with 4-wheeler parking. In the mornings there's usually enough space, but in the evenings it becomes quite difficult to find parking. I wish the management could address the parking issue soon.

This gym has Professional trainers, high level equipments and it is the biggest gym in Nagole.The best part is Zumba, Sravs is the best zumba trainer as she is very active, talented and friendly. I really enjoy the zumba class. I highly recommend everyone to join this gym.

AC is not Turned ON properly.... Switched ON Very lately... AFTER LOT SWEAT... Equipment and Steam Bath are Great
