He explains each exercise clearly, focusing on correct form, muscle strength, and both fat loss and muscle gain plans. The best part is that he provides a well-balanced diet plan with South Indian food options, making it practical and easy to follow. The entire team is very supportive -- they follow up regularly and are always available to clear any doubts. I'm currently taking online training, and the sessions have been well-structured and motivating. In just four weeks, I've lost 4 kg by consistently following the diet and exercise plan. Overall, Venkat Fitness is one of the best gyms I've come across, combining professional guidance, personalized plans, and a friendly team atmosphere. Highly recommended!
