I've been training with Srikanth yadav for the past few months, and the experience has been amazing. They are highly professional, always punctual, and create workout plans that are both challenging and achievable. I appreciate how much focus they put on correct posture and injury prevention. Beyond the workouts, they also motivate me mentally, which keeps me consistent. I've seen noticeable improvements in my strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. It helps me to loose 16.5 kgs.
