A great place to workout You'll never find everything at one place unless it's Vack fitness Center. They have cardio They have CrossFit , wherein most of the gyms never have CrossFit and clubbed along with Kerala Ayurveda Massage Best place for all the nearby I have selected this place only because of the great equipment they've got. Push your limits.

The gym is well-equipped with a wide variety of machines and is very economical in comparison to other gyms around that area. 3. Expert Tips and Energy Boost: I have been going to gym since more than 2 years. Had suffered tailbone issue which derailed my progress and had to start again from scratch. It is only after joining here my form and posture has improved a lot.So, thanks to whole team for their hard work and dedication!

They're always available to help with any questions or to provide guidance on using the equipment.

I have been a member of Vack Fitness Centre for approximately 2 years, and I can confidently say it's a budget-friendly gym in the locality with decent equipment. The atmosphere is very hygienic and energetic, making it a great place to work out. The trainer, Vickram, is highly motivating and knowledgeable , and the owner, Arun Anna, is also quite approachable and friendly. Overall, it's been a very good experience, and I definitely recommend this gym whether you are a beginner or experienced.
