At first I've hesitated to join any GYM. But after I've seen lot girls and middle aged woman doing workout here I immediately joined. And it is really good experience the trainer bhayya is really skilled and concerned.

This place gives encouragement for starters...trainers shabu and his brother really focusing on starters like me. Very convenient timings. Not too crowded. So doing what we want to do is easy. Thank you Shabu bhai for helping me

I've recently joined here. The trainer is knowledgeable and experienced, the environment is very friendly & comfortable, especially for ladies. And it has good equipment. I would suggest this on for ladies.
