Good place to workout and if you are beginners then better go with personal training where gym provides friendly trainer whose name is AJAY where he takes more care and motivates us more. Best time to go this gym is evening (in my view).

Discrimination for the outsiders or people from north , if your timing is in the evening, morning trainer will not let you come in the morning and will try to treat u badly. Treadmill time is only 10 mins, also gym equipments are very limited, you cannot even hear your important call in the gym, cleanliness is ok ok but if you come with dirty shoes also they do not monitor

First of all the gym is open. Don't know why it shows it is closed permanently in maps. It's a good gym. You can get a decent to nice workout here. Equipments are fine. Smith machine Squat rack Assisted pull-up and dips Preacher curl machine(loved it) Chest press machine Upper Chest fly machine (loved it) Pec deck Lat pull down and horizontal row machine Cable station Shoulder press machine(not a fan) Leg extension, leg curl(good profile) Leg press and hack squat combo (not a fan of quad training equipments in the gym) Dumbbells upto 25kg Basic adjustable benches And bench press set(incline, flat , decline) Nearly all necessary attachments and bars So gym is good. Fees is also less than 1000 for strength and a bit more than 1000 for cardio included. NO AC Good ventilation though and clean Water is available.

It is like fish market but prices are less

One of the best Gyms around KPHB specially for college students and people who are looking for value for money. You'll find the best equipment & best trainers at one place, Gym timings are 5 AM - 10 AM & 5 PM - 10 PM. Suggestion for the people who are interested in joining - Don't hesitate to ask for the things which you don't know about, it is always good to take expert advice for better results. what happens when you ask questions to the trainers : 1. You'll get more knowledge regarding fitness. 2. You'll know the proper form of doing workouts without any injuries. 3. You'll get proper nutrition insights. there are so many other things join ASAP to know more. Going to Gym is not about eating more it is actually "eating right".

Excellent training by Mr.Ajay ( friendly nature ) & well experienced trainer. Good equipment to reach your physical fitness. Separate space allocated for females. In my view, with my experience it is a good place for people who love to be fit.

Wanna give 0 rating, but only for Raghu anna it's 1 now. Worst behavior and attitude by somebody who's working there (Old Guy), not even talking in a polite way. Not only me, some others also faced this. Very bad experience with him. I won't suggest this gym to any of my colleagues or friends only because of that irresponsible angry old man.

I've been training with Mr Ajay anna for 2 months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. Ajay anna is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging. My fitness has increased noticeably.
