I've had a great experience at this gym! The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a solid workout. The environment is friendly and motivating. And there is a lot space for healthy and intense workout, separate floor for leg workout and cardio. A special mention to Trainer Sai Anna -- he's highly knowledgeable, supportive, and really focuses on proper form and technique. Gym is really good, spacious and has mostly all the equipments and Proper Maintenance with good hygiene conditions .All thanks to Charan Anna(Coach-professional Gymnastic) . He helps a lot with variations (gym,CrossFit)exercise and diet schedule.Going to this gym since 2 months I highly recommend it from beginniner to professional gymrats no matter how many times we ask the correct form he explains with patience which is mostly absent in other gym coaches It is most affordable gym In the area with Good Coach.
