I am on the verge of completing my 1 year of online training with Krishna. I would highly recommend him for anyone who cares for their body. His approach is very holistic and gives a lot of weightage to the body condition, as he starts the workout. He is able to judge whether the body is fit and energetic or exhausted before starting the session. That is something remarkable and then he designs the workout accordingly.
He has taught me to take care of the body with a long term perspective. He is lifestyle coach too than just a trainer. God bless you Krishna.
Absolutely love training with Krishna. I came in for improving my overall fitness and he really helped me better my body from the fundamentals. Bettering the overall body functionality is promoted over simply putting on muscle mass so I can really feel the improvement in my fitness as a whole. Krishna always works with me on any issues that arise with my heath and helps me work on making it better by adjusting the workout and diet plan and constantly checking in. Definitely recommend.

I've known Krishna @ The Gymnasium for over 6 years now, I started to go there when a friend of mine suggested I join her. The few months I went in the beginning set the stage for a natural delivery when I had my son, he strengthened my lower back so much, I was able to do a dead lift of my own body weight, which at the time I thought was not even possible.
Krishna is the best trainer you will meet in your life, period. There is so much nonsense out there in the name of fitness, Krishna really understands that fitness is something beyond the needle on the weight scale or the typical gym instructor pushing you to do more when your body needs to learn how to adapt to becoming fit. The first phase in the workout sheet he gave me is called "Body Awareness". I think its amazing to work with someone who so deeply understands health.
I started to go to the Gymnasium to make fitness a part of my life. The studio is so amazing, well lit with lots of fresh air - I don't feel I walk into a dingy Gym, it feels refreshing from the moment you step in, even the music is just perfect, these are small but very important things to me, because it means I'll look forward to go every morning.
I'd call Krishna a Fitness Counselor, there will be little doses of philosophical fitness nuggets thrown into your workout. I remember once I was pushing myself so hard, he said "You must treat your body with love and care, like a temple, and not like its something that needs to be hurt to achieve something". That was quite a wake-up call and I've learned since then to enjoy the process and not bother so much about the actual kilos I'm lifting or how much I weigh.
Training is finally fun and enjoyable, I think he has in me a customer and student for life.
Krishna, the trainer at the Gymnasium is a fantastic coach who puts the all-round well-being of the clients first. I initially went in wanting to "lose weight, build muscle" but I got a lot more insight into my body and what's right for me. The routine i was given was tailored for my body and it was the right mix of variety, ease and difficulty. Krishna is knowledgeable in how the body moves and can recommend an exercise for any pains. He identified the right muscles to exercise to alleviate my knee pain.
Krishna is also very professional and approachable. it's been a pleasure training under him.
Krishna's approach to training is very holistic and methodical. His workout plans are well thought out and fine tuned to your personal goals, more importantly they are sustainable.
I feel that there are no shortcuts to good fitness levels and good health and with all the food and exercise fads floating around everywhere it is important to stick to the basics. Krishna knows his craft and you can totally rely on him to achieve your goals. Highly recommended!
I started training with Krishna at The Gymnasium in March 2014. Although my original goal was weight loss, I started to pay attention to a healthy lifestyle during the course of my training. I used to hate going to gym because it was monotonous. But that perception has changed with Krishna's perfect combination of diverse training methods, and individualized exercise programs that are effective, creative and fun! Now, I love going to gym. I am always doing a circuit or routine that I've never done before, and this takes the tediousness out of my workout routines. The results are incredible - My body fat percentage has dropped by 8%, developed muscles smile emoticon smile emoticon and lost about 8kg of weight. If you are serious about changing your life (aka fitness) for better, Krishna will lead you each step of the way.
Though I don't get to train with Krishna anymore, but he has definitely helped me a lot to get in track with my health and fitness routine with amazing results.
I Just finished a 6 month personal training programme with Krishna a couple of days back, and I can't recommend him enough. Before training with him, I would work out sporadically, and even when I did exercise, I never really had a clear idea of what to do, and would constantly be second guessing my form. Luckily with Krishna, I didn't have to worry about any of these any more.
The workouts were very well planned, and tailored to fit my level of fitness, and my goals. The 1hr session was put together in such a way that all the muscle groups were targeted, with minimal equipment. Also, the exercises were really unique in that they would not only build muscle, but they simultaneously improved my balance and flexibility as well. I no longer had to worry that I wasn't performing the exercise correctly, as Krishna would always be watching and giving tips on how to improve my form. Over a period of time, as I would gradually get better at performing any exercise, he would introduce new variations and increase the difficulty level of that exercise and must say, I'm really happy with how much I've improved.
And it's not just the 1hr workout session. He gives advice on what to eat/drink before and after the workout, so I can maximise the effects of the workout, and plenty of tips in improving my diet in general. Also, the small talk that we end up having as I'm catching my breath in between sets can be really fun, and more often than not, I end up feeling more refreshed after the session than I was before it.

I joined The Gymnasium after being recommended by my husband who has trained under Krishna's guidance.
It's been 3 months since I joined this gym and working out 4 days a week. I feel my lower body is toned down more and my dresses feel more loose than earlier. I'm much more active and this training has really helped me running around my kids a little easier than before.
I'd definitely recommend Krishna's training to anyone looking to train for overall health and fitness.
