Being K11 certified, with CPR and Diet & Nutrition certifications, he brings a high level of expertise, safety, and scientific understanding to every session. Each workout is well structured and completely tailored to my fitness goals. The gym is equipped with advanced and customised equipment, making every session more effective and ensuring proper muscle training and recovery. What I admire most is his friendly and motivating nature -- he knows exactly how to push you to your limits while keeping the environment positive and enjoyable. He's approachable, genuinely cares about his clients' progress, and constantly encourages consistency and discipline. Training under his guidance has made a huge difference in my strength, stamina, and overall confidence.
