The equipment is of exceptional quality , the trainers are highly professional, and the facilities are excellent. They offer both personal and general training options. I personally trained under Trainer Kishor, who guided me with personal care from day one, helping me with both workouts and diet plans. When I started, I weighed 62 kg, and with his guidance, I gained 8 kg and improved my form across all exercises. I highly recommend Star Fitness gym to anyone looking to join in.

It's been nearly three months since I joined Star Fitness Studio, and the experience has been truly rewarding. The gym is well-equipped with a premium environment that makes every workout enjoyable. As someone new to fitness, with a goal of transforming from a skinny frame to a stronger and healthier version of myself, I opted for personal training with Mr. Shiva--and I must say, it's one of the best decisions I've made. Shiva is a highly professional and supportive trainer. He takes the time to understand your individual strengths and weaknesses and customizes the workouts accordingly. (Bonus: He also teaches kickboxing at the gym--definitely worth checking out! ) If you're in the Medipally or Boduppal area and looking for a great place to work out, I'd highly recommend Star Fitness Studio.

Gym is well kept and maintained. My work out sessions are very well plannned & executed by my personal trainer Kishore. I'm in a midway to reach my target of strength training & fat loss and toned body & surely his gym training along with well balanced diet helps so much.Thanks to Kishore. I joined Star Fitness Studio about 3 weeks ago and it has been an extremely positive experience so far. From day one, my personal trainer Praneeth has been very supportive and professional in guiding me through my fitness journey. He not only explains the exercises clearly but also corrects my posture, pushes me when needed. He also motivates us to stay consistent and makes the sessions engaging, which keeps me looking forward to my workouts. The studio itself is well-maintained, hygienic, and has all the necessary equipment for strength training, cardio, and flexibility workouts. The overall environment is friendly and motivating, which adds to the experience. In just a short span of time, I can already feel improvements in my stamina, strength, and confidence. I'm glad I chose Star Fitness Studio and especially grateful to Praneeth for being such a dedicated trainer. Looking forward to continuing this journey.

Praneeth is my personal trainer. He is very good, polite and cool person. His training is very effective. He is Very knowledgeable and passionate about fitness. He is also genuinely fun to workout with and mixed up different kinds of exercises to keep workouts challenging and interesting. If I have any injury or back pain he knows how to adjust exercises. It feels very relaxation from pain. Over all he is very excellent trainer. 10/10. Thank you Praneeth.

Gym is great with excellent facilities and with with proper maintenance. The personal trainer Kishore is great helping me with my exercise and diet plan . Its been a month i started my journey in this gym and I am seeing excellent results in this one month.
