I have always dreamed of having a fit body but was desitant of joining Gym due to various reasons. 1. Money - I didnt want to spent more money on Gym...SR is the most affordable gym in the locality. 2. Personal trainer - A trainer is the one who can take out the best in you. One will find a Guru when the Disciple is ready. - Santosh sir is the best example of perfect Gym guru. he knows where to push, when to push, how to get the best out of you and in how much time. 3. Health - I had 3 Hernia operations in the past due to which lifting heavy weights is out of question for me. Santosh sir made sure that i do the workout, not having much load on my stomach and also slowly and steadily i was able to lift more weights. 4. Timings - The timing of th gym is so convenient for me that i need not compromise on my other activities. I can go in morning from 5 to 10 or evening from 6 to 10. There is no restriction of timings and duration in gym. 5. Food habits - its is often said that to build a god bidy, you need to have good diet. Santosh sir not only helps in balancing and suggesting good diet, but frequently checks if he feels there is any deviation. 6. Slow and steady wins the race - Every one expect a six pack or a good muscle quickly, which cannot be done or achieved, The Gym owner helps to grow and increase the intensity mentally and physically. 7. Right people in Gym - The crowd in the gym is so frienldy that they help and advise whenever required. its been just 4 months and everyone there is my friend.
