I have been going to this gym for a while for fat loss and muscle building, initially i was working out on my own and felt a bit lost. But everything changed when i met Zohair Ahmed and opted for personal training. He gave me a clear workout plan and a solid diet to follow. He ensures i am doing the exercise correctly and effectively. Thanks to him, his support and expertise have made a huge difference. I highly recommend working with him.

It's been 1 and half month since I've joined Solitare fitness and I should tell they have one of the finnest trainers of all the time. I've been to various gym's for my fat Loss and I've literally tried all various types of diet but I did not see any results. But after joining Solitare fitness I've met with this one wonderful coach Akram. Trust me for the first time in last 3years I've lost 7kgs in a single month and no there isn't any magic workout or diet. It's just the way he planned and organised my diet plan and my workouts in such a way that I'm comfortable with it and my he checked if the workouts were effective. He is a knowledgeable and a professional coach and I'm grateful to get trained under his guidance. Looking ahead to completely transform into the best shape of my life. Truly and highly recommended.

I have been coming to this gym since November 2021, it's been a year and I am very happy and grateful for Mr. Krishna and Mr. Esa the trainer's at Soliataire fitness gym. They have been motivating me constantly for my transformation. In December 2021 I weighted 94 kgs, it took me 7 months to reduce to 80 kgs. Those transformation days were very difficult and miserable for me, I felt very demotivated and helpless but the trainers motivated me to complete the transformation. I would suggest everybody "Focus on the goal and enjoy the journey" "Hard work never fails and it's proved".

The best gym I have been a member of for a year and a half and inshallah I will continue, because it is clean and comfortable and all the sports equipment is available, and the best thing is that there is the best and clever trainer. From the day I joined the personal training with the trainer MR AKRAM , I saw a big difference in my body and I lost weight. He is a clever( professional) trainer who knows his job and trains correctly. Thanks to him for his help in training in the correct way and making a diet plan which helped in losing weight and improving the appearance of the body shape.
