SM FITNESS CLUB (Gym)

The gym is well equipped and well hygiene. It has friendly atmosphere. It's been an month scince i joined and i can see the good results with the help of experience trainer(uroosa mam) she is friendly and the management staff is also good

This is decently equipped gym.The vibe is amazing and positive.The gym staff is very friendly and always ready to help.rabia trainer encourage me to push my make my limits and make me strive to achieve new goal

Hello dear owner in your gym one trainer (sahabuddin) he don't have any knowledge abut fitness He don't know anatomics and Basic nutrition waisted trainer he is not trainer he mechanic but your gym is very good I like it but trainer is don't know a about fitness plz, Please hire some good trainers And certified trainers

Its a wonderful gym for ladies. The staff is friendly and co operative. Our Trainer Rabia is excellent in her work. Strict yet caring. The timings are also good.

This gym is fabulous..its been a month since i have joined it..and it has been a great experience. The management people and the trainer are very friendly and loving people.. the exercises that trainer make us do are outstanding..lost many inches...the gym equipments are best..and the gym is always clean and breathable... Loved it..

Loved the place. The place,the people and the atmosphere is too good. And for the price they are providing all these is unbelievable so go try this place you will like it.

I join this gym a few months ago.so, here are my general reviews about it.The staff of the gym is totally supporting and encouraging. I just loved the environment of this gym. Members are very friendly. When i talk about the trainer ayesha ma'am always there to help us she always motivates us and that makes you feel so confident. i think it's required more machines so that the workout will be done satisfactorily.

Best gym. Timings for ladies: 11am-5pm. There is a proper class for at least an hour daily. The gym is open from Monday to Saturday. The classes focus on strength training, core strengthening, upper body, sides, lowers, stretching; basically all one needs. Wednesday and Saturday is for Zumba - it is a way to lose fat in a fun way. If you have any concerns/ health issues, just mention that to the trainers beforehand. You can also request a customized diet plan. The first few days may be overwhelming, just be strong and endure it. You'll get used to working out daily and will never want to miss hitting the gym again. Happy Workout!!
