I recently had the pleasure of training at Shape and strength Gym under the expert guidance of my personal trainer, Neaju Reddy, for a period of three months. From my experience, I can confidently say that Iconic Fitness is one of the best gyms in the area What truly Shape and strength Gym apart, however, is the caliber of trainers. Trainers are an absolute professional and made it a point to understand my fitness goals before designing a tailored workout plan for me. They consistently challenged me to push my limits while ensuring that my form was correct to prevent injury. Thanks to Trainer expert guidance and the exceptional facilities at Shape and Strength Gym, I was able to achieve great results in just three months. My strength and stamina increased significantly. I highly recommend this Gym to anyone looking to improve their fitness levels.

Gym is marvelous with huge space , an number of machines for each and every body part.Thanks for adding bunch of very experienced and helpful trainers.the open space with artificial green grass is added atraction which compell one to be regular without missing a single day. Personal trainer Neaju Reddy is an experience hand and conduct all exercises systematically and scientifically correct..He is ver polite respectful and highly motivating.

I have been a member since the gym opened, restarted my training routine after gaining lot of weight since lockdown. Neaju Reddy has been a great trainer and motivator, he has helped be get in shape to transform. My journey is still in progress, with help of Neaju Reddy surely feel with reach my destination. It is one of the best gym in the Hyderabad. It's so Clean and well maintained. I am taking personal training from trainer Neaju Reddy for two months now and if you are looking to join and take sessions, he is the guy for you. I have seen immense growth in my strength and body. Had never really worked out in a gym before so my experience till now in and Strength gym and specially with Minty (Personal Training) has been really amazing. As a newbie, there are a lot of challenges when it comes to getting used to the idea of going to a gym- Right from the mindset to physical abilities. I am glad I was in good hands throughout this journey because Minty introduced me to not only the basics thoroughly but she made made sure I knew all the Ins and Outs, the why behind the workouts clearly. She is great at motivating, being friendly and super patient, I didn't even realize how I got so much better in my movements and exercises over time so flawlessly, because it didn't feel like a task, it fell more intrinsic. I have joined the shape and strenghth recently and in just few days I felt comfortable and satisfied here. The gym is very spacious, clean, have good atmosphere, friendly crowd and all kinds of equipments and facilities. All the staffs are very nice and extremely helpful and friendly. It's going well with my trainer Mr. Neaju Reddy who keeps eye on me, instructs me and corrects my body posture whenever required. He listen to my concerns and pushes me to perform harder and better each day. And when he is training others, the other trainers are also easy to approach and are helpful.
