The Trainer is nice but focuses more on girls :) :P So if you are a lady/girl then you will obviously get more attention from the trainer which helps you in doing the exercises in proper guidance. For boys also it's nice but you have to ask the trainer repeatedly if you are doing the workouts in a correct posture or not. The trainer doesn't give much focus to the guys :P

Its a good place to work out. Nice environment. Except one silly rule that we should carry our gym shoes and wear them only inside the gym, may b to avoid dust from outside but a door mat is enough to help with that. No lockers. No changing rooms as such.

Never worked out before joining here, so can't tell if this is the best gym or not. But I joined because it's comparatively cheaper than the competitive gyms in this area. Also the trainer helped me lose 12kgs in 4 months. I've reduced from 79kgs to 67kgs and still have to lose another 7kgs. He is a little strict at times but very approachable.

Super Bad Experience -
a) The cheapest YES but don't expect any kind of guidance. Only one owner/trainer is available who hardly gives any kind of attention.
b) Clumsy and broken equipment. Don't do the cycling you can even fall down from that.
c) Super crowded as the price is so cheap.
d) You will not find adequate equipment also.
It has just for name sake a gym, its only a buisness for the owner. Dont join

But... he is a FAILURE in understanding difference between TRAINiNG and over-training.
He seem like he doesn't know importance of hydration during workout.
Working Place is congested.
