It's been 3months I have joined this gym, the environment here is very friendly, initially i have hesitated to join the gym but the trainer here and the people here are welcoming and treat you very well. They make sure you are comfortable and safe while doing exercises. Most importantly my trainer Naveen anna, he is very good in teaching you from the basics and make sure that you are doing properly in the right way. I can ask any questions regarding the exercises and the uses of that particular exercise to him and he explains in a good and understandable way. I have learnt many benefits by joining in gym because of naveen anna

The atmosphere is very much interesting.friendly behaviour.the coach (naveen reddy)is very motivational and friendly..all should start gym carrier from here

Gym is with modern and standard equipment. Trainers are professional and well behaved. Very reasonable fee structure, cleanliness and parking facilities are appreciated. In one word... it's a excellent Gym.
