He encouraged me to take up strength training seriously. build confidence in me to do better in strength training sessions. Its right near the junction. Its on the 5th floor. So if lift doesnt work, your cardio for the day can get easily done. Equipment here is very nice. Strength training and cardio equipment are very nice. They maintain the gym very clean. Trainers are well mannered and help well
