Highly recommeing Sai Prasad Reddy Garu as a personal training Because He understands individual strength, stamina, and fitness goals, designing each routine only after careful assessment.l am super happy that training under sai Prasad Reddy garu and I am becoming strong and healthy.
Another reason is : No supplement push , Sai Prasad garu strictly avoids recommending any unnecessary supplements and giving personal diet plans which are are natural food sources and balanced meals.
He is certified Diet expertise: His diet advice is practical, easy to follow, and enhances results without depending on commercial products and supported many patients to coneout of their health conditions
Motivation and support: Consistently encouraging, with a focus on long-term progress and having Modern Gym Equipment and not pressurized to continue if our body don't support ,asks to take rest and continue to give training ,always cool and share his knowledge every time unlike many other trainers.
