I've been training at R Fitness Gym and Fitness Center in Peerzadiguda, and I'm really happy with my experience! My personal trainer Pawan Kalyan has been doing an excellent job helping me reduce body fat while improving my overall strength at the same time.

I've been going to this gym from a couple of months after a long pause from any physical activity. I've gone to gym for a week or so sporadically before joining here. So, I opted for a personal trainer and I'm satisfied with the progress and training in the one month ( haven't been regular in the first month). From struggling to bench an empty rod to dead lifting 100kg, I think it was worth the effort.

The trainer pavan bro teaches well and he is also friendly. I felt it's worthy here. Iam a beginner and there are slight changes in my body. Trainer also guides about the diet too. In a single word the gym is awesome.
