This is by far one of the worst places we have had the misfortune of living on rent. The county itself is mismanaged and shabby with parks looking more like dumpyards. There's rubble and garbage everywhere. Some people have a strange disdain for tenants. As a tenant, house owners are entitled and no privacy can be expected. I see no reason for paying so much rent and still having house owners bully tenants around. Houses are weak and crumbling Stray dogs roam like kings Snakes in parks full of garbage If it rains all the drains outside the county overflow and flood the county entrance and roads with raw sewage (serious serious health and hygiene violation)

Very cool community and colony

Pleasant and secured place in 35 acres of land... 420 villas bigger gated community with all indoor(badminton, gym, yoga, dance, tt, carroms, chess, library) and outdoor (volleyball, tennis, basketball, cricket pitch, children play equipment, jogging track) amenities. 2 gates with good security. Every inch of community is under surveillance with 55 CC TV Cameras. Ample water and 24 hrs water supply from two 2L litres sumps and 2 lakh litre capacity overhead tank. Earlier, 24 hrs mineral water supply via 2 water prepaid ATMs were provided but now those are not working. Excellent greenery. Two bigger parks and 2 smaller parks. All roads are 40' and 30' CC roads. Generator backup for all common areas including clubhouse. Rain water harvesting pits are there. Storm water lines are very good. All roads will be seen clear within 30 mins, even after a heavy rain. Well maintained by executive committee with third party maintenance and security vendors. No dependency with local government bodies though this community is biggest influencer in elections in patelguda village. Varied size villas from 120 to 340 square yards. Tenants are treated equal with owners. Good neighborhood is seen except that few internal politics which will anyway be there in any community. Biggest clubhouse with rooms, party hall, meeting rooms, kitchen, lawn, gym, tt carroms yoga chess library, many rest rooms and dance halls. Small ganesha temple is available. Very good place for children. Lot of activities will be planned throughout the year on all occasions by executive committee. Tremendous participation is also seen by all residents. Most of the residents seem to be proud PPCians at this county. Multiple school bus pickup points are there. 20 km is the speed limit. Rules are being followed and enforced strictly by EC. Dedicated bsnl underground cabling is done for all villas. ACT internet services are provided and supervised by EC. Only thing missing is swimming pool which is under construction from few years. Road from beeramguda kaman need to be improved. Hardness of water is little high in beeramguda area. Though electric water softener is being deployed, hardness is still there. No mission bhagiratha water yet and expected to get in next 6 months.

Nice place to live.. Though cost is too high.. 150 Square Yards duplex houses are cost around 70 to 80 laks
